Through Planet Passionate, Kingspan addresses challenges related to climate change, efficient use of resources and the conservation of the natural world.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The programme also sets targets for 2030 across four defined areas: carbon, energy, circularity and water.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carbon<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; 65% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from 2020<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 15% reduction in carbon intensity from key raw materials from 2020<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u2265\u202f90% zero emissions company cars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; 60% renewable energy consumption<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; ISO 50001 certification for large sites<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Solar photovoltaic systems on all wholly sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Circularity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Zero waste to landfill<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; 1.5 million tonnes of recycled or renewable raw materials used annually<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Facilitate 20 product takeback and recycling schemes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Harvest 100 million litres of rainwater annually<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cPlanet Passionate 2025\u201d report by Kingspan presents progress made towards the targets set for 2030.
