excellence in production
PROCESS INNOVATION
HUURRE views design as an integral, continuous improvement process, not just in terms of its products, but also regarding its production processes. It has developed more effective manufacturing processes and it has implemented a flexible production system that enables it to reduce its terms of delivery, optimise its costs and obtain the sector’s best price-quality ratio for its products.
CIM MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The HUURRE sandwich insulating panels are manufactured using a continuous process that is fully computer-controlled and monitored constantly, which is made up of the following stages:
- > Sheet profiling and preheating.
- > Injecting insulating foam into the core.
- > Fixing of the side joints.
- > Pressing, cutting and curing.
- > Stacking and packaging.
STEEL WITH GUARANTEED QUALITY
HUURRE only uses galvanised structural type steel plating, with guaranteed quality for its products, and it is laminated by the leading firms in the iron and steel industry. Both the steel and their metallic and organic coatings are free of SVHC (“Substances of Very High Concern”), such as for example heavy metals, in conformity with both the current requirements of the European regulation REACH and the future requirements that the regulation will include in its next review.
MAXIMUM DURABILITY
To guarantee the maximum durability of its panels, even in the most corrosive atmospheres, HUURRE uses state-of-the-art metallic coatings (HDX, PVDF, PET, INOX 304, etc.) and has coatings suitable for contact with food products, ideal for use in the food and agriculture industry
The HUURRE Technical Dept. advises its clients on the ideal coating for each specific application, considering the type of environment where the panel is to be installed, humidity, temperature, etc.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
HUURRE runs a sustainable management policy, adopting environment and user-friendly solutions and manufacturing processes. For example, it has developed an injection process for the insulating core of the sandwich panel which does not release HCFC type gases.
Both its "Environment Management System" and its "Safety and Health at Work System", are certified by AENOR and IQNet.

SUSTAINABILITY AND RECYCLING
Huurre efficiently manages natural resources and raw materials.
For more than 10 years, the polyester used for polyurethane manufacture has incorporated 26% PET which comes from recycled plastic bottles. With this initiative, up to 35 bottles of 1.5l can be recycled in each m2 of 200mm sandwich panel.
Similarly, the steel that HUURRE uses to manufacture its products comes from 80% recycled scrap, thereby helping to protect the planet's natural resources.
