We carry out strict quality control across all our products and production processes. In sandwich panel manufacturing, this involves a variety of tests, including structural assessments, core density measurements, thermal conductivity evaluations, dimensional stability checks, and water absorption tests, among others.

Quadcore Core
QuadCore® is Huurre’s innovative technology featuring a self-formulated insulation core with a unique grey microcell structure, providing exceptional thermal and fire performance for sandwich panels.
The exclusive grey microcell structure of the QuadCore insulation core is the key to its outstanding thermal insulation capabilities, boasting a thermal conductivity of just 0.019 W/m.K. It also offers high fire resistance ratings, environmental sustainability, and long-lasting durability in use.

Under the guidance of our Kingspan Group Compliance Director, we have established a Compliance Management programme in line with ISO 37301 standards, which is audited both internally by our Internal Audit Group and externally by a specialized international agency. - Digital Traceability
Our Digital Transformation programme ensures the accuracy and traceability of product information, covering regulatory compliance, certifications, and mechanical performance.
