At Huurre, commitment to the local communities where our production centers are located has always been of vital importance. So far, we have supported local communities through specific projects, events, and sponsorships linked to each production site.
Throughout its development, it has become clear that people and communities are at the heart of the Planet Passionate initiative; they—and future generations—are the reason behind our efforts to leave the planet in a better state than we found it.
For this reason, the Planet Passionate Community Fund has been created to support individuals in our local communities, backing initiatives and projects that are driving change in our planet and communities, in line with the global objectives of the Planet Passionate initiative.
Since the Planet Passionate Community Fund is specifically aimed at investing in and improving the local communities surrounding our production centers, we have developed guidelines and criteria that applicants must meet to receive funding.
While anyone can apply for funding from the Planet Passionate Community Fund, the proposed projects must meet at least one of the following criteria:
