AllDeck System
Description and applications
AllDeck System is a high-performance flat roof system developed by Huurre. The AllDeck System combines the installation benefits of sandwich panel roofs with innovative QuadCore insulation technology, whilst also being compatible with a range of waterproofing membranes available on the market.
The system offers high fire protection with a Broof (t1) classification, which assesses fire behaviour in the event of external fire spread.

1. HI-QuadCore 2.0 F panel
An insulated panel system offering excellent thermal insulation and fire performance. Its high rigidity, mechanical properties and light weight make it easy to handle and install on site.
2. Waterproof membrane
The AllDeck System is compatible with a range of waterproofing membranes available on the market. Consult the technical department for the list of membranes that are compatible with the system and have a Broof (t1) classification.
3. Mechanical fastenings
The HI-QuadCore2.0 F panels are fixed to the roof substructure using self-tapping screws. Once installed, the screw heads are concealed within a washer specially designed by Huurre, which prevents damage to the membrane, helps prevent its deterioration and increases the system’s durability.
