Fire behavior
Fire behavior EUROCLASE B-s1,d0
Reaction to fire according to FM Approvals standards (HI-PIRM F panel only): FM 4880 Class 1* Fire resistance of building panels or interior finishing materials. The FM 4880 test program ensures good fire performance in dividing walls and interior ceilings with the HI-PIRM F40 panel, of any height, with the highest fire protection requirements.
Technical characteristics
Useful width: 1,150 mm (1,120 mm, check availability)
Manufacturing length: 2.0 to 13.5m | 13.5 to 18.0 m (special transport)
Type of gasket: DJ | DS
Declared thermal conductivity: 0.022 W/mK (considering aged core)
Nominal thickness: 40 (mm)
Tightness and types of seals
The HI-F40 panel is available with two types of joints, both with tongue and groove and a flexible closed-cell polyethylene joint.
Both the DJ and DS gaskets are designed to ensure the best possible seal with quick and easy assembly, with the only difference being that the DS gasket is designed to accommodate an additional sealing bead on the outside, which can be applied once the panels have been assembled.
Both types of gasket allow for a butyl seal to be placed on the inside, to be applied during the assembly phase.
