    Product and applications
    Sandwich panel with metal faces and rigid insulating core.
    Insulating facades for industrial, residential, commercial and sports facilities, as well as for ceilings and internal partitions.
    Thanks to its smooth outer face and hidden fastenings, it provides a finish with great architectural value.
    The HI-ST range of panels is available with two insulation cores: PIR (HI-PIR ST) or PIRM (HI-PIRM ST).
    Available in four different finishes and various thicknesses, coatings and colours.

    Rigid insulating core with high thermal performance (thermal conductivity as low as 0.020 W/mK).
    Lightweight cladding with the possibility of vertical or horizontal installation. Also suitable for ceilings and interior partitions.

  • Technical specifications:
    • Insulating core: Rigid polyisocyanurate foam (PIR or PIRM), continuous injection by a process that does not release HCFCs.
    • Useful width: 1,150 mm
    • Maximum production length: Standard 2,0 to 13,5 m / Special 13,5 to 16,0 m (between 13.5 and 16 m, special transport is necessary)
    • Nominal density: PIR: 40 (±5) kg/m3 | PIRM: 40 (-2/+5) kg/m3
    • Nominal panel thicknesses:   35 | 40 | 50 | 60 | 80 | 100  mm.
